Sport in Radyr and Morganstown
Radyr and Morganstown has numerous sporting facilities including playing fields adjacent the Mound Field in Morganstown used for Rugby and Football and other sports which are run by the City Council. There are also facilities for Cricket (Under railway bridge by Radyr Station), Golf, Tennis and numerous indoor sports.

Cardiff Corinthians Football Club
The Cardiff Corinthians Football Club (Corries) play at the Riverside Football Ground in Radyr (Close to the Cricket Ground) and are in the 1st Division of the Welsh League. They were founded in 1898 and have played at Radyr since 1974. They have won the Welsh Amateur Cup 5 times in 7 finals. Fitness Gym
Fitness Gym at Radyr Comprehensive School Sports Hall
As well as the Sports Hall at Radyr Comprehensive School, there is also a fitness gym. This is a fully furnished, top class gym, available to the local community for just £2.50 per session. Everyone who wishes to use the gym must first sign up as a member (cost £10, to include health check up and induction). The gym will be open Mon-Fri 6-10 p.m, Saturdays - 9 a.m to 2 p.m, & closed Sundays.

The Budokan style was formed and founded in Malaya in 1960. The style consists of the traditional Kenshinkan style (off-shoot of the Shotokan Karate style) with influences from Chinese and Korean martial arts, making the style very practical and effective.
